A clean intra-activity drink mix delivering 45 g of carbohydrates in a unique 2:1:1.5 ratio, and 343 mg of sodium. Utilising three different carbohydrate sources, maltodextrin, glucose, fructose, and sodium chloride. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

How to use & the ecosystem

The use of 02 During depends on your training duration and intensity:

Less than 1 hour
The body typically has sufficient glycogen stores for activities under an hour, so additional carbohydrate intake isn't necessary. However, for high-intensity sessions (Zone 4/5), consider using 02 During: Drink. Ensure to drink water as required.

1-2 hours
During this period, aim for 45 grams of carbohydrates per hour, equivalent to 1 unit per hour. Remember to monitor hydration and replace electrolytes as needed.

2+ hours
For extended endurance activities, consume two units or 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour.

How to use
